PILATES CLASSES with Victoria.
Pilates is a very relaxing form of exercise that focusses on CORE strength (specifically your abdominals) using slow controlled movements. Gorgeous morning and evening classes are available where I will help to improve your posture, flexibility & also your core strength! Pilates is for EVERYONE, of all ages, genders & fitness levels.
